Golf just might be the most boring sport on TV but completely different when playing it. Unlike team sports like basketball or football, golf focuses on one person versus the golf course. Though many people believe that the golfer are playing against each other, they really are playing against the golf course and themselves. Players like Tiger Woods have been able to grab the younger fan crowd and golf has definitely been welcomed with open arms. The only problem with golf these days is that it is very expensive. With today’s economy, there really is just not that many golfers who can spend 200 dollars on a golf outing without any hesitation. This is why most golfers would rather just watch the sport on TV. Though it can become a little boring to watch other players play, it actually can get quite exciting during Sundays at a major tournament. When The sport first started to use Tiger as the front runner man, the sport incredibly changed into a younger more modern style. Now golfers like Jason Day, Joshua Ortiz, Rickie Fowler and Rory Mcillroy are taking the golf world by surprise. Golf finally is not the sport for old fat men.
